EverWithin products are beauty-tech and cosmetic tools for adult, at-home use unless stated otherwise. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Always follow product instructions. Results vary.

Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in South African Rand and may include VAT where applicable. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, and will communicate clearly if that happens.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout through the methods displayed (such as PayFast and card payments where enabled). Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in goods generally passes on delivery in accordance with applicable law and courier practices.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns Policy and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts of South Africa have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
